if the commission is not requested thru ko-fi, ¼ of the payment is due upfront, another ¼ is due after the sketch is sent, and the final ½ is due before the final work is sent
if the commission is canceled, a refund will be provided according to the progress that has been made on the commission at the time of the canceling *
i am permitted to refuse any commission requests
i retain all copyrights over the commission artwork, but you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the artwork for personal use only (commercial use info *)
i retain the right to post the artwork online, include it in any portfolios, or in any publications (e.g., art books)
you have 5 rounds of revision *
the TAT for your commission may be influenced by my personal life, school, etc., but i will inform you about any delays
